OUR MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
This website and the service it provides contain intellectual property owned by Michelle Giddens/Michelle Giddens Art. This includes the graphics, text, images, lesson plans and videos. This is provided to you as part of the Service for your individual use only and a single-user license.

You have access to all materials presented and offered in this membership site for as long as you are an active member. You may download lesson plans for your own personal use inside a classroom or afterschool program on school campuses or teaching art from your home. We do not provide a license for brand name businesses that operate in brick and mortar locations or online art classes.

LESSONS ARE NOT TRACKED VIA YOUR MGA ORDERS PAGE:
However, your subscription and link to the Kids ♥ Art is.
You may not use any of Michelle Giddens Art’s images, photographs, or graphics in the use of your own promotion or advertisement of your own services.
Memberships services are all individual subscriptions and do not belong to a school (group or institution). One email address and one customer per membership subscription.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Michelle Giddens Art stores your name and email address on our servers. Your email address will be used to contact you about account status and other actions initiated on www.deepspacesparkle.com. We will never sell your email address or use it for any purposes other than contacting you about Deep Space Sparkle concerns.

ACCESSING THE KIDS ♥ ART CLUB ONCE YOU’VE CANCELLED YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
While you are a member, we encourage you to save all of the bundles and lessons you wish to keep for future use. Once you cancel your membership you no longer have access to the private, Kids ♥ Art website. We are happy to provide a 48 hour access to the membership within the first 60 days of a member’s cancellation.  Outside of 60 days, we ask that you re-join the membership at the next enrollment period (using your original email address) to access your past bundles and lessons.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:
Credit Card information is not stored on michellegiddensart.com servers. We use accredited companies to process every transaction (Wix, Paypal & Stripe). We use all their latest software to protect our customers financial information. Our systems, databases and staff can only see the last 4 digits and expiration date but not full credit card numbers.
