It's wedding season and I am painting bouquets for brides. This is such a fun process for me because it combines my love of painting flowers with the bride's tastes to create a totally new and unique work of art. This is beautiful way to preserve wedding flowers and enjoy them for years to come.
The Process
A custom painting means I paint a special work of art just for the bride. I create a beautifully detailed painting of the flowers inspired by the brides bouquet on a 1½” deep gallery wrapped canvas of using professional grade acrylic paints. Details such as background color and angle of bouquet, and the focal point flower are discussed before beginning with the bridal bouquet painting.
It’s painted on all the sides so a frame is not necessary. Finally, the painting will arrive to you varnished with a wire on the back ready to hang as a showpiece in your home.
